1. Raw material procurement control system.
1. Classification of purchased substances. The impact of the purchased product on subsequent product realization and final product can be divided into three categories. Class A substances: the main raw materials (such as aluminum ingots, aluminum rods, powders, cold Bridges, etc.) that make up the products; Class B substances: auxiliary materials that constitute products or purchased products that play an important role in product realization and final products (such as magnesium ingots, molds, various additives, etc.); Class C substances: low value consumables or purchased products (such as chemical reagents, tape, etc.) that play a general role in product realization and final product.
2. Evaluation and selection of supplier. Accurately investigate supplier's product quality status, relevant work experience, production capacity, establishment and implementation of quality system, supply cycle and service capacity after delivery before purchasing. Evaluate the supplier according to the investigation and select the qualified supplier.
3. Procurement implementation. Class A and B substances must be procured from qualified suppliers. Aluminum ingots shall be purchased at a low limit of three days of production with a guaranteed inventory, and the purchase quantity shall meet the production demand of seven days. Class A and B substances must be inspected or verified in accordance with the factory inspection standards and management regulations for raw and auxiliary materials before they are allowed to be put into storage and used. Identify and isolate products that fail inspection.

Ii. Production equipment and profile mold guarantee system.
1. Management and maintenance of production equipment
1) the equipment department implements the management mode of year-end overhaul, daily spot inspection, patrol inspection and temporary inspection to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment. Maintenance personnel carry out regional responsibility system to make inspection and record.
2) maintenance and care of main production lines and production equipment. For lifting equipment, power equipment, pressure vessels in strict accordance with the provisions of the state, regular preventive testing and maintenance.
2. Profile mold management
1) the production department shall add and replace molds according to the production plan. After the mold arrives at the factory, the director of the extrusion workshop, the mold class of the extrusion workshop and the mold manager of the production department will check and accept the mold according to the project of the mold acceptance certificate.
2) after the initial inspection of the mold, the extrusion workshop shall test the mold together with the quality inspection personnel of the quality inspection department. The profile produced by the mold test shall be qualified by the quality inspector before the mold is put into storage. The unqualified molds after three times of test are treated as scrap molds. The incoming molds are recorded by the extrusion workshop's mold shift and the corresponding accompanying card is established, and the molds are numbered and registered.
3) the newly stored molds shall first be nitrified according to the requirements of the nitrification process of the molds, and relevant quality records shall be made after passing the inspection. Molds without nitrification treatment are not allowed to be used.
4) the operator of the extrusion workshop receives the mold according to the production plan sheet. The supervisor of the mold warehouse issues the mold according to the issued production plan sheet and makes records. The recipients sign on the records. After use, the mold returned to the mold shift will be boiled and washed by the mold staff and handed over to the repair module for dust removal, shape repair, nitriding and other maintenance. Finally, apply anti-rust oil and store it on the mold rack and register it.

Production and service control procedures.
The production department shall ensure the implementation of the production and service processes under controlled conditions and control the production and service delivery by controlling and meeting the following controlled conditions.
1. Obtain information about specified product characteristics. Such as the drawings, product standards, samples and documents required by the contract to express the product quality objectives.
2. Prepare the process rules and production operation rules of each workshop. To guide workshop production, standardize production operation or provide service for the production process that affects quality.
3. Configure and use appropriate measuring and monitoring equipment to measure product characteristics in real time in the process of production and service delivery, and control product characteristics within the specified scope through adjustment and correction.
4. Make clear provisions on the release and delivery of products. Products that have not passed the inspection shall not be released or delivered.
5. The production department prepares the daily production plan according to the sales plan issued by the sales department and issues it to all workshops for execution. The workshop should organize production in a reasonable and orderly way according to the daily production plan, and report the completion of the previous day's plan to the production department every day. In case of special circumstances, the production scheduling shall have the right to adjust or modify the production plan.

Iv. Production process monitoring and finished product inspection procedures.
1. Control of raw materials. The qualified raw materials should be re-inspected before they are put into production, so that unqualified raw materials are not used.
2. Method control. Operators must produce in strict accordance with the process rules and production procedures, and make quality records carefully.
3. Each process shall be inspected by the quality inspector of the quality control department to ensure that unqualified products are not transferred to the next process.
4. The product shall be comprehensively inspected by the quality inspection department according to customer requirements, and the products can be put into storage after passing the inspection.
V. product packaging, storage, storage, identification and delivery control measures.

1. Packaging of finished products shall be carried out by finished products warehouse according to the requirements stipulated by the production department. After the completion of packaging by the quality inspection department inspectors inspection.
2. Handling personnel of finished products warehouse shall lift and put products gently in the process of weighing, loading and transfer in order to prevent product damage caused by collision.
3. Mark the finished products with the product qualification certificate after the warehousing. Product name, model, number, surface treatment and inspection mark shall be indicated on the label.
4, after the packaging of finished products in storage, each bundle of profiles will have a certificate of quality at the end of the outside, easy to count. 5. The finished products are delivered by the sales department. Timely, meticulous and complete delivery is required. Shipping list and profile inspection report with finished products should be accurate.
